My name is Veronika Barkoci

and I am Certified Level 3 MAT™ Practitioner
Certified MAT™ Level 1 & Level 2 Teacher for the Czech Republic

I help people release unresolved trauma, emotional stress, and limiting subconscious patterns so they can experience greater emotional freedom, inner peace, and lasting transformation.

My work is for those who are ready to stop surviving and start living with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Using the Metaphysical Anatomy Technique™ (MAT™), I guide clients to gently release emotional imprints stored within the body and nervous system—without reliving painful experiences.

Why MAT™?

MAT™ is an advanced trauma-release method designed to help the nervous system regulate naturally while addressing the root cause of emotional distress.

The process includes eye-processing techniques that support faster emotional resolution, nervous-system regulation, and full-body integration.

There is no need to relive trauma or spend years analysing the past. The goal is deep, gentle, and lasting transformation.

During a Session

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work with the emotional patterns that created them.

Together we:

• identify the subconscious root of emotional stress

• release unresolved trauma stored in the body

• regulate the nervous system

• restore emotional resilience and inner balance

• reconnect with your authentic self

As your nervous system begins to regulate, many clients experience greater calm, emotional stability, mental clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of freedom.

The body no longer reacts as if past experiences are still happening today.

My Story

MAT™ completely transformed my own life.

It helped me understand where my emotional patterns originated and showed me that healing does not have to be painful or overwhelming.

Through this work, I stopped identifying as a victim of my past. I learned to trust myself, express my truth, strengthen my self-worth, create healthy boundaries, and make choices that truly align with who I am.

That personal transformation is what inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others do the same.
